What Happens When You Call
We ask a few short questions about your system and what it is doing. For a repair, we set a time and tell you up front what the diagnostic visit costs. If you go ahead with the fix, that fee comes off your repair bill. Pricing out a new furnace, AC or heat pump costs you nothing. Either way, you get a written quote before any work begins. There are no emergency or after-hours fees, even in the middle of the night.
Safety comes first on every call. If you smell gas or see scorch marks near the furnace, get everyone out of your home and call your gas utility or 911 from outside, then call us. Our work is registered with the state under WA Contractor Registration #KDHEAHA757JA. We also carry a gas heating mechanical license, which counts when a burner, gas valve or flue needs attention. When we put in new equipment, you get up to 3 years of labor coverage on that installation.
Helpful to Have on Hand When You Call
- The make and model printed on the label of your furnace, air handler or outdoor unit, if you can get to it safely.
- What you're noticing, like strange sounds, the system turning on and off, a flashing light or no heat at all.
- When it began and anything that changed around then, such as a power outage or a newly installed thermostat.
- Your address and anything the tech should expect on arrival, like a locked gate, a dog or a crawlspace hatch.
